Why We Deliberately Don’t Publish Reviews of Our Digital Products and Services
“Where can I read some reviews?”
Answer: Nowhere
This is a conscious decision based on three simple facts:
1. Reviews for digital products and services have zero actual value
There’s no way to verify whether a review was left by a real customer, whether they actually used the product or service, or even understood it.
That makes any review — positive or negative — fundamentally meaningless.
2. Reviews are trivially easy to fake
Not “in theory,” but literally everywhere, every day:
Faking glowing 5-star reviews takes minutes — same for fake complaints.
Writing convincing “user feedback” takes a copywriter 2 minutes.
Entire review blocks with names, photos, and dates? One ChatGPT prompt.
3. Reviews create an illusion of trust that doesn’t actually exist
Publishing reviews gives a false sense of validation.
We consciously choose not to participate in this performance.
Instead of relying on random review blurbs, you're welcome to have a meaningful conversation with our support team.
That’s more than enough to assess our level of competence — and decide for yourself whether we’re worth trusting.
We don’t hide behind “social proof.”
We just respond — with substance.
