Use of Service & Responsibility

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the company registration and related services (“Service”) provided by the Service Provider. By accessing or using the Service, the client (“Client”) agrees to be bound by these Terms. For the purposes of these Terms, “Service Provider” means Blue Consulting Ltd.

 

Use of Service

The Service is provided solely for the purpose of facilitating the registration of companies and related administrative procedures. The Client agrees to use the Service strictly in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Service must not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities.

The Client represents and warrants that any company registered through the Service will be used exclusively for lawful purposes. The Client further confirms that the nature of the intended and actual business activities is legal in all relevant jurisdictions.

 

Client Responsibility

The Client assumes full responsibility for the purpose of incorporation and for all activities conducted by the registered company. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with corporate, tax, regulatory, and reporting obligations.

The Service Provider does not participate in, control, or manage the operations of the Client’s company and has no responsibility for how the company is used after registration. The Client acknowledges that all consequences arising from the use of the registered entity are solely their responsibility.

 

Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider acts only as an intermediary facilitating company registration and related services. The Service Provider does not guarantee the success of any business activity and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice unless explicitly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or the activities of the registered company.

 

KYC and Compliance

The Service Provider applies Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and other compliance procedures as required by applicable law and internal policies.

The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including identification documents and any additional information reasonably requested for verification purposes.

The Service Provider reserves the right to:

1. request additional documentation or information at any stage of the process;

2. refuse or suspend the provision of services if the Client fails to meet compliance requirements;

3. terminate the relationship without prior notice in case of suspected unlawful activity or non-compliance.

The Client acknowledges that failure to provide required information or providing false or misleading information may result in delays, refusal of service, or termination of the relationship.

 

Client Confirmation

By placing an order, the Client confirms that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and that the intended use of the company is lawful. The Client further acknowledges full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Client agrees that the Service Provider bears no responsibility for the ongoing activities, transactions, or conduct of the registered company after incorporation.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

 

The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider acts solely as an intermediary in providing such goods and services and does not assume any liability for the prior use, history, compliance status, or condition of such accounts or companies.

The Client further agrees that any risks associated with the acquisition and use of such accounts or companies are borne entirely by the Client.

The Service Provider is an independent entity and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Google, Facebook, Apple, or any other third-party companies, platforms, or brands that may be referenced on the website or within the Service.

For any questions, inquiries, disputes, or communications, including interactions related to governmental authorities, regulators, or compliance matters, the Client shall contact the Service Provider exclusively via email at: hello@blueaccs.support

All official communications must be submitted through this email address. The Service Provider shall not be responsible for any communications sent through other channels.
